The first thing that clearly struck me about the Google Shopper iPhone app was how fast and easy it is to use. The app lets you look up products using voice search, normal text search, or by scanning the barcode or cover. The results will include price comparisons, reviews, and inventory information for some retailers. I did a quick scan of the cover of the book, “The Last Lecture” by Randy Pausch, and it took a mere second to recognize it and give all the details.
I was able to compare prices from all the online retailers, and if I selected one of them, it took me straight to the retailers shopping site from where I could quickly buy the book. I was also able to see various reviews about the book from a number of different sources. Luckily, I already had the book otherwise I would have just spent $30 in buying it because I was so excited to use Google Shopper.
This is quite an amazing app and should be on the “must have” list of iPhone apps. Shopping around for the best price and best products was never as simple as this. There is also a “Share” option from where you can post the product on Facebook and Twitter and get recommendations from friends before hitting the “purchase” button. Can’t get any better than this!
I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything without consulting Google Shopper!

Great information! I have been looking for some thing similar to this for some time currently. Excellent!
This is the begining of the end of TV as we know it.
